As part of our core values Martin Training offers job placement services for individuals in our training program looking to find a job that matches their skills, interests, and work style. If you are an employer this service is free. Our training program participants will have completed at least 2 weeks of the training program before they will be admitted into the job placement program. We will make sure that they are consistently showing up for their training, have a positive attitude, and good aptitude for the position you are looking to fill. Graduates of the Martin Training job readiness program will have learned soft, interpersonal (people) skills such as communication, listening, customer service, and dealing with difficult people. All the trainees are required to explore several different aspects of the business not only to appreciate different roles within the company, but also to discover what jobs they are personally excited about. The focus of the majority of each participant’s training will be individualized to the specific interests of each person so you can be assured that the applicants will have a passion for the work for which they are attempting to find.
